8 Things To Do This Halloween Season in Woodland

We’re fast approaching the end of October, which means one thing…Halloween.  With two weeks left before the big day, there is plenty of time to have some fun.  Many businesses have created events for you to enjoy the week leading up to Halloween, as well as, the day of.  Check out my suggestions for the 8 things to do this Halloween season.
Cow Train

Bobby Dazzler’s Cow Train Ride | Take the kids, or not, and enjoy a fun tractor-pulled train ride around the pumpkin patch and through the corn fields.  If you’re lucky, your driver will treat you to some figure eights!  I’m partial to Rosie, but Betsy or any of the other lovely cow barrels would be more than happy to transport you.

Sweet Potato Pie

Poppie’s Gallery & Sweet Potato Pie’s Paint an Artful Plate | Classes will be held at Sweet Potato Pie, then your child’s “Thankful Plate” will be fired and showcased during the First Friday Artwalk on Friday, November 6th at Poppie’s Gallery located at 510 Main Street in Downtown Woodland. Children will be able to take home their masterpiece after the Artwalk.

Kids Library Halloween Party

Kids Library Halloween Party | The Woodland Public Library is having an amazing party for your kiddo.  This is a family event with lots of activities and fun.  With it only being an hour, you can be sure to save enough room for Trick or Treating on Main right after!

Teen Halloween Party

Teen Halloween Party at the Public Library |  Could there be anything creepier than a haunted house at the Woodland Public Library?  This almost makes me wish I was a teenager again.  Encourage your teen to attend this fun event.  Aren’t we always wishing there “were more things for teens to do in Woodland?”

Willard's Haunted House

Willard’s Annual Haunted House | There is a venue change this year, which means Willard’s has more room to scare you!  Tickets are limited, but can be purchased here.  Read my post about this year’s haunted house.

Norcal Indoor Sports

Norcal Indoor Sports Halloween Spookfest | Fun, food, drinks AND exercise.  What more could you want for your family, especially the day before the highest candy consuming day of the year!

Trick or Treat on Main

Trick or Treat on Main Street | The perfect combination of family, community and fun!  Dress up and enter yourself in the Costume Contest, which will be held at Heritage Plaza (Second and Main Streets) at 5:00 pm.
Mojo's Halloween

Mojo’s Lounge Halloween Event | This definitely falls into the Adult Fun category for this Halloween night.  It’s sure to be packed and nothing but a blast!

Enjoy this Halloween season in Woodland!
