‘Tunes for Trees’ Benefit Concert Oct. 7th
Red Rose Ranch Band Returns to Woodland’s Gibson House
Back by popular demand, Woodland’s favorite country swing band will perform at this year’s Tunes for Trees benefit concert Saturday October 7th, from 6-9 PM at Woodland’s Gibson House Museum, 512 Gibson Road.
Proceeds from the concert support the work of the Woodland Tree Foundation, a non-profit, all-volunteer organization that plants and cares for trees in the Woodland area. To date, Woodland Tree Foundation volunteers have planted and cared for more than 4,200 trees.
The family event includes a silent auction featuring gift baskets with local wines, photography, gardening items, and other great prizes. A delicious and healthy dinner will be served, supported by the Kiwanis Club of Woodland. Tickets, $25 for adults and $10 for kids include dinner and a soft drink. Local craft beers and local wines will be available and sold separately.
Tickets are available at the concert, from Woodland Tree Foundation members. Information is available online at http://www.woodlandtree.org.
