The City of Woodland is honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr next Monday, January 15 at the Woodland Public Library. The celebration beings at 4:00 pm

Let’s join together to honor and commemorate Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. on January 15 at the Woodland Public Library. The City of Woodland will celebrate Martin Luther King, Jr. Day and pay tribute to his vision of cooperation, collaboration and peace.  The event will take a special look at the historical civil rights movement, which will include guest speakers, educational displays, and poetry reading.

The community celebration honoring Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. is scheduled for Monday, January 15 starting at 4 pm at the Woodland Public Library, located at 250 First Street.
