Spreading Holiday Cheer with the Woodland Food Closet!

We’re thrilled to partner with the Woodland Food Closet for this year’s Elf on the Shelf Scavenger Hunt — happening from 3 PM to 8 PM in Historic Downtown Woodland!

This holiday season, your Elf on the Shelf adventure can make an even bigger difference. 

While you’re searching for those mischievous elves, bring non-perishable food items to donate when you drop off your completed map at Elf on the Shelf Headquarters – Roth Event Venue (427 Main St).

🧭 Scavenger Hunt Rules

  1. Pick Up Your Map:
    Grab a Scavenger Hunt map (which includes all rules and participating locations) at any participating business or at the Elf on the Shelf Headquarters – Roth Event Venue (427 Main St).

  2. Start Time:
    The hunt begins at 3:00 PM.

  3. Hunt Duration:
    You’ll have 5 hours to visit each business listed on the map and find their hidden Elf on the Shelf.

  4. Get Stamped:
    Once you find the Elf, let a store staff member or owner know so they can stamp your map using a special stamp provided by the Scavenger Hunt Team.

  5. End Time:
    The hunt ends at 8:00 PM sharp!
    Turn in your completed map to Scavenger Hunt Headquarters – Roth Event Venue (427 Main St).

  6. Winners:
    Winners will be contacted Monday Dec 8th using the info provided on their tickets and can claim prizes at Blue Wing Gallery / Visit Woodland (405 Main St).

Note: Some businesses may close early or stay open later — times may vary.

  • 2 Entry Tickets → For each fully completed map

  • 1 Entry Ticket → For each partially completed map
